These terms and conditions govern your use of our website; by using our website, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of these terms and conditions, you must discontinue using our website. By completing this form, you are making a booking. You also confirm you have not booked with another company (double booked).

Cancellation fees do apply.

A non-refundable deposit will be required to be paid by the customer per talent booked upon confirming your booking to secure your booking, the balance of the booking fee is to be paid by the customer to the talent on their arrival on the date of the booking. Once full payment has been received that is non-refundable also. We do not ask for the deposit until we know we can confirm talent for your booking. If the customer requests to cancel any booking (in whole or in part) the customer should advise Go Wild Strippers immediately in writing. In the event of cancellation, Go Wild Strippers shall be entitled to retain all sums paid. If cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to the date on which the services were to be provided, the full price will immediately fall due and payable. A booking is valid after the deposit has been paid. If the customer seeks to amend a booking, Go Wild Strippers will establish whether this is possible and advise the buyer of any additional prices payable. On payment of any such additional price the booking will be amended. In the rare circumstances out of our control the booked act may be changed to a similar act that was initially booked. Any liability of Go Wild for non-delivery of services shall be limited to replacing the services in question within a reasonable time. In the event of an act not appearing a full deposit refund will be provided to the customer within 3 business working days.

If for any reason the customer fails to accept delivery of any services when they are ready for delivery or the third party is unable to deliver the third party services on time because the customer has not provided the appropriate instructions, documents, licences or authorisations the services of the third party in question shall be deemed to have been delivered and the balance of the booking fee must be paid to Go Wild Strippers within 3 working days.

Filming & taking of photos with any device is strictly forbidden unless invited to by the talent. Talent are to be treated with respect at all times, failure to do so may result in the booking being cancelled.

No talent is to be touched by a client in any context unless invited to do so by the talent themselves failure to comply may result in the booking being cancelled.

Payment:

Payment of the deposit is due in NZD to Go Wild Strippers on the day the client confirms the booking and the confirmation text has been sent to the customer.
No payment shall be deemed to have been received until Go Wild Strippers has received cleared funds or a screen shot of the confirmed payment.
All payments payable to Go Wild Strippers under the contract shall become due immediately on termination not the relevant obligations notwithstanding any other provision. The customer shall make all payments due under the contract in full without any deductions whatsoever. If the customer fails to pay Go Wild Strippers any sum due pursuant to the contract the customer shall be liable to any interest to the agent on such sum from the due date for payment at the annual
rate of 8% above the base lending rate from time to time of the BNZ, accruing on a daily basis until payment of all principal and interest is made (in full), whether before or after any judgement. Go
Wild Stripper reserves the right to claim interest under the late payment of Commercial Debts (interest) act 1998 and/or other like legislations prevailing from time to time.
If payment is not made by the due date, the services will be cancelled immediately and Go Wild Strippers shall be under no obligation to provide any services to the customer.
